What is the deadline for paper submission?

Is it possible to extend the deadline for submitting the papers?
It would be extended in the case of receiving a large number of applications. Otherwise, it is impossible.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at Conference Hall of the School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang.
How many days does it take to be in Penang?
This conference will take one day. However, you can stay in Penang concerning your tour and interest.
Am I obliged to follow the paper-submission format?
Yes, you must follow the paper-submission format, you can find and download the template under paper submission.
Can I send my paper via the conference email?
No, you must send your paper via the confbay system. The emailed papers will not be reviewed.
Should I send my paper along with the abstract?
Yes, you can send your paper along with the abstract to be included in the conference proceedings.
Should I put Malay abstract in my paper?
No, Malay abstract is not required, the language of the conference is in English.

When will the result of reviewing papers be announced?
The reviewing result will be announced within 7 -15 business days after sending the paper.
How much does the conference registration fees?
Please refer to Conference Fees:
Early Bird Fees (1st July 2018) : RM750.00
International Presenter : USD300.00
Local Presenter (1st Paper) : RM850.00
Local Presenter (2nd Paper) : RM600.00
Student Presenter : RM600.00
Non-presenter : RM50.00
- Fees includes lunch, coffee breaks, conference kit, certificate, attendance at all sessions.
Are the conference papers published in ISI proceedings?
Paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the review board of the conference.
